At Eventually, we are committed to delivering exceptional event management services. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which clients may cancel services and seek refunds, if applicable.
By booking an event or making a payment through our platform or directly, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Booking Confirmation and Advance Payment
- All event bookings are considered confirmed only after an advance payment is received.
- The advance payment amount and schedule are mutually agreed upon and specified in the service agreement or quotation.
2. Cancellation by the Client
Clients may cancel their event bookings subject to the following terms:
- Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the event date:
A refund of up to 50% of the advance amount may be granted, after deduction of any expenses already incurred (e.g., venue booking, vendor advances, etc.).
- Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the event date:
No refund of the advance will be provided due to pre-event commitments, vendor bookings, and planning efforts already undertaken.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the event:
The client will be liable to pay the full event fee as agreed in the service contract.
3. Cancellation by Eventually
We reserve the right to cancel a booking under unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters or force majeure events
- Political unrest or local restrictions
- Client’s non-compliance with agreed terms
- Failure to receive full payment as per the agreed schedule
In such rare cases, we will offer a rescheduling option or a partial refund, depending on the nature and stage of service execution.
4. Refund Process
- All approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of confirmation.
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
- In case of third-party fees or deductions (like payment gateway charges), those amounts may be deducted from the refund.
5. Non-Refundable Costs
The following costs are non-refundable under any circumstance:
- Booking or registration fees
- Charges already paid to third-party vendors
- Governmental or license fees (if applicable)
- Any costs explicitly marked as non-refundable in the agreement
6. Disputes
Any dispute arising from cancellations or refunds will be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [Insert City, e.g., New Delhi].
