2. Booking and Payments

• A non-refundable advance (as specified in the service agreement) is required to secure the booking.
• The remaining amount must be paid as per the schedule agreed upon in writing.
• Late payments may result in delays or cancellation of services.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 15 days before the event may be eligible for partial refunds, depending on third-party commitments already made.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date will not be eligible for any refund.
• Eventually reserves the right to cancel services in the event of force majeure, unsafe conditions, or non-compliance from the client side.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate event details and any required permits or approvals.
• Timely communication and approvals are essential for smooth event execution.
• Eventually is not responsible for delays or issues caused due to incomplete information or last-minute changes by the client.

5. Vendor and Third-Party Services

• We may coordinate with third-party vendors (caterers, decorators, photographers, etc.) as part of our service.
• While we vet our vendors, we are not liable for any direct damage or service shortfall caused by them unless specified otherwise.

6. Intellectual Property

All creative content (event concepts, designs, photos, videos, etc.) developed by Eventually may be used for promotional purposes unless explicitly agreed otherwise. Clients may not reproduce or use such materials for commercial purposes without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Eventually shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eventually, its staff, and partners from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or the service agreement.
